Job summary

MATCHA.COM is seeking a Product Development Manager to shepherd new products from concept to market and optimize performance post-launch. You will own end-to-end development, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure launches meet time, quality, and profitability targets.

The role emphasizes execution, cross-functional collaboration, and sustaining a quarterly cadence for product introductions while driving continuous improvement across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years owning products or projects end-to-end.
• Fluent with data: read and defend decisions with numbers.
• Strong project management: multiple workstreams on schedule.
• Experience with CPG/food & beverage or supplements preferred.
• Familiarity with FDA labeling and claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own new product development from brief through formulation and production-readiness.
• Coordinate with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and internal teams to meet schedule and specs.
• Own go-to-market planning and cross-functional launch readiness.
• Maintain a quarterly product cadence with timely launches and optimization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align launches with brand and commercial goals.
