Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is assisting a leading global medical technology client in finding a Product Development Lab Technician to support R&D testing & engineering. The onsite role is based in Brea, CA, with a Mon-Fri schedule from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM under a 12-month contract and pays $27-$35 per hour.

You will execute lab tests, document data, assist with prototype development, calibration, and safety compliance, and work with engineers on new product development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of laboratory, engineering technician, or regulated manufacturing experience.
• Experience following SOPs, testing protocols, and technical work instructions.
• Experience with data collection, report generation, and result analysis.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

As a Product Development Lab Technician, you will be part of the Engineering & Product Development organization supporting R&D, Laboratory Operations, and Cross-Functional Engineering Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $27.00 - $35.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (12 Months)
