Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a lab environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support NA Biscuit team's bench development and storage lab operations.
• Instruct junior developers and temporary personnel in lab protocols and duties.
• Manage shipment/receipt of samples and test materials domestically and internationally.
• Assist with sample submissions in ODS and shelf-life storage studies.
• Operate lab equipment to quantify product attributes and report findings.
