Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States is seeking a Lab Technician to support the NA Biscuit bench development and storage lab operations, delivering initiatives that enhance product quality while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will run pilot plant and/or laboratory operations, report data with rigor, instruct junior staff, and manage samples and test materials both domestically and internationally, contributing to brand value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a lab environment preferred.
• Strong data recording and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support bench development and storage lab operations.
• Instruct junior personnel in lab protocols.
• Manage shipment and receipt of samples domestically and internationally.
• Conduct shelf-life storage studies and product pulls.
• Enter test data into Excel and databases.
