Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Product Development Engineer in the United States to turn concepts into working products. You will build prototypes, integrate technologies, and move ideas toward commercial reality by collaborating with external partners and our Operations team.

You will help develop internal prototype and test capabilities, evaluate technologies, and guide buy vs. build decisions to deliver practical, scalable safety products for customers and markets alike.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into technical approaches and prototypes.
• Own technical integration of products across internal and external components.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, suppliers, and operations.
• Evaluate commercially available technologies and determine the best path to a working solution.
• Build, modify, integrate and test prototypes and rapidly iterate based on feedback.
