The ContributionYou’llbring to this Role:
The Product & Engineering Manageris responsible forleading product portfolio strategy, engineering execution, and new product development initiatives to drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, and product innovation across the organization.
This role combines strategic product management with technical engineering leadership, overseeing the full product lifecycle from market analysis and portfolio prioritization through engineering execution, value engineering, and commercialization. The position partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure products meet customer needs whileoptimizingcost, manufacturability, and profitability.
The Product & Engineering Manager will lead a small team while driving accountability, continuous improvement, and execution across both product management and engineering functions.

Compensation:
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from$150,000 to $185,000.
Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevantexperienceand performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
