Job summary

Winchester Interconnect is seeking a Product Development Engineer to manage the full lifecycle of new product development from concept to production launch. You will create CAD models, perform FEA/testing, select materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet design, cost, and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes ACE values and requires hands-on design, project management, and strong communication to drive innovative solutions across PCG and Core

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years in product design, development or R&D.
• Proficient in CAD design (SolidWorks preferred), GD&T and drafting.
• Experience with injection molding, stamping and machined part design for cost/manufacturability.
• Experience with ERP workflows (BOM, ECO, routing).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; acts as technical liaison.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products from concept through launch.
• Create CAD models, conduct FEA/testing, select materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design, cost, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, procedures, and BOMs for manufacturing.
