Job Description

· Work collaboratively on new product development projects

· Take customer or salesman concepts and make them a reality considering our capabilities

· Work daily in Solid Works

· Have familiarity of manufacturing processes, and costs associated with those processes

· Able to design products while being conscience of costs associated during the build of their design

· Work within a PDM system for file organization

· Have mechanical knowledge of products and how to best assemble them

· Have familiarity with plastic materials

· Regular communication with Sales, Manufacturing engineers, production and quality and manufacturing projects

Job Requirements

· Proficient in Solid Works

· Must speak English

· Must have a creative eye, good imagination, and vision

· Familiarity with the Marine market is

· Good technical and IT skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong planning and organizational abilities

· Familiarity with 3 and 5 axis CNC and Vacuum Forming manufacturing is

· Good critical thinking skills

· Retains new information well, and ability to quickly adapt to our SOP

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
