Job responsibilities

1. Leading product and technology development programs related to pad conditioner aligned to business portfolio strategy and industry needs.
2. Conceptualize and develop innovative product ideas, coordinate with design and engineering teams for product realization.
3. Leading cross-functional teams in the product development process to ensure timely and successful product launches.
4. Create and protect 3M intellectual property through the filing of new patent applications and/or development of trade secrets.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 3 years working experience in the semiconductor CMP industry.
2. Proven experience in product development and project management is preferred.
3. Bachelor's degree or higher in a Science or Engineering major.
