Job summary

Henkel Corporation is seeking a Product Development Engineer to scale up multi-million-dollar thermal interface material lines for industrial applications. You will collaborate with manufacturing and R&D to drive efficient scale-ups and ensure product performance.

You will design experiments, develop flowcharts, FMEAs and control plans, and present results to senior leadership and global customers, supporting scale-up efforts at domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling up multi-million-dollar material product lines.
• Experience working with manufacturing and R&D teams.
• Ability to design experiments and analyze material/process relationships.

• The Product Development Engineer is responsible for the scale-up of newly developed multi-million-dollar thermal interface material product lines used in a variety of industrial applications.
• Works in cross-functional teams to link product development and manufacturing on projects for top tier companies in the industrial sector.
• Creates process flow charts, FMEAs and control plans for new products.
• Runs design of experiments to understand relationship between raw materials, process and final product parameters.
• Presents scale-up reports to top management and external customers.
• Responsible for scale-up projects at domestic and international sites.
