Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 0–2 years in admin/coord role.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample tracking, receipt, unpacking and storage.
• Support packaging data entry and finalization processes.
• Assist with Planogram walks and merchandising reviews.
• Provide general PD administrative support and scheduling.
