Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new products from initial concept through production.
• Coordinate product development activities with overseas factories, vendors, and internal departments.
• Manage product samples, revisions, approvals, and development updates.
• Track product development timelines and ensure key deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, costing information, and development records.
• Assist with reviewing product quality, materials, packaging, and specifications.
• Follow up with factories and suppliers regarding product updates, changes, and outstanding requirements.
• Help identify and resolve product development issues to keep projects moving forward.
• Communicate regularly with overseas factories and suppliers regarding product development.
• Coordinate sample requests, revisions, and approvals.
• Monitor production readiness and ensure product specifications are clearly communicated.
• Maintain organized records of vendor correspondence and development progress.
• Work closely with suppliers to address delays, discrepancies, and product-related concerns.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and production teams throughout the development process.
• Research market trends, emerging products, and competitive offerings.
• Assist in identifying new product opportunities and improvements.
• Support the preparation of product presentations, specifications, and development materials.
