Job summary

Centric Brands Inc. is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support the full seasonal development cycle—from concept through production—by partnering with Design, Production, Sales, Technical Design, and Overseas Offices.

This role ensures submissions meet brand standards, stay on calendar, and uphold design integrity for the Kids Division. The ideal candidate has knowledge of garment construction, lab dips, and FlexPLM, with strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Product Development or related field.
• 3+ years of product development or relevant apparel experience.
• Understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, and seam classifications.
• Familiarity with PLM workflows and lab dips is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support full seasonal development cycle from concept to production.
• Partner with Design, Production, Sales, and overseas offices.
• Ensure submissions meet brand standards and stay on calendar.
• Maintain design intent, manage approvals, and support PLM processes.
• Coordinate proto reviews and revisions across teams.
• Monitor milestones and accelerate potential delays while maintaining accuracy.
