Role Description

The Product Development Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Brooklyn, NY. This position supports the end-to-end product development process, including coordinating timelines, gathering requirements, and maintaining product specifications and documentation. The coordinator will work closely with design, sales, and operations teams to track samples, manage vendor communications, and help ensure products meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project status, preparing reports, assisting with market and trend research, and supporting product launches with accurate information and materials. The role also involves communicating updates to internal stakeholders and contributing to continuous improvement of product development workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective collaboration across teams.


• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track product performance, and support decision-making in the development process.


• Demonstrated Project Management abilities to coordinate timelines, prioritize tasks, and keep multiple projects on schedule.

• Basic understanding of Sales processes and the ability to align product features and pricing with market needs.
