This role collaborates with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to manage timelines, gather data, prepare materials, and coordinate retailer communications. Relevant experience 0–2 years; BA required; benefits include insurance and 401(k).

Formación

• Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) is required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure.
• Korean language ability requested.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of new Lash, Brow, and Lash/Brow Care products from concept to launch readiness.
• Conduct market research on consumer trends, competitors, and retailer activity; prepare summaries.
• Coordinate samples, quotations, and technical development with suppliers and internal partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among Product Management, Marketing, Creative, Sales, Packaging, and Supply Chain.
• Support retailer communications and prepare product information sheets and ad hoc business reports.
