Job summary

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Product Development/Management to lead innovation and portfolio growth across Lash, Brow, and Lash/Brow Care categories. You will oversee a team, drive lifecycle strategies, and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure profitable growth and strong retailer partnerships.

You will manage category roadmaps, 3-year plans, and profitability initiatives while aligning with corporate objectives and external manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent, Bachelor of Science (B.S) preferred.
• - 4–8 years of relevant work experience in product development/management.
• - Korean language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• - Lead development and commercialization of new products in Lash, Brow, and Lash/Brow Care.
• - Own category roadmaps, innovation pipelines, and long-term growth plans.
• - Manage product lifecycle, launches, and portfolio optimization.
• - Drive profitability through pricing, cost reductions, and supplier negotiations.
• - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory, QA, and external partners.
