Kiss Products is seeking a Product Associate to support product development and management for Lash, Brow, and Lash/Brow Care categories. The role involves coordinating timelines, samples, approvals, and documentation, plus market research and retailer communications.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional projects, supporting vendor and technical development, and creating product information for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure.

Responsabilités

• Assist with development of new products within Lash, Brow, and Lash/Brow Care categories.
• Coordinate development timelines, samples, approvals, project documentation, and product information.
• Conduct market research to monitor consumer trends, competitive products, retailer activity, and industry developments.
• Coordinate project activities among Product Management, Marketing, Creative, Sales, Packaging, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support retailer communication and follow-up in coordination with Product Management and Sales.
