Job summary

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking a Product Associate to support development and management across Lash, Brow, and Lash/Brow Care lines. You will help with new product development, market research, retailer communication, and cross-functional project execution.

You will coordinate timelines, samples, documentation, and product information while assisting with line extensions and portfolio maintenance. This role focuses on timely delivery and collaboration with R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts degree required.
• 0–2 years of related experience or industry exposure.
• Korean language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support development of new products within Lash, Brow, and Lash/Brow Care categories.
• Coordinate development timelines, samples, approvals, project documentation, and product information.
• Support product line extensions, product updates, and portfolio maintenance activities.
• Track project milestones and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to support timely execution.
• Assist Product Management with assigned projects from concept development through launch readiness.
• Conduct market research to monitor consumer trends, competitive products, retailer activity, and industry developments.
• Prepare research summaries, competitive reviews, and product-planning materials.
• Maintain product files, competitive databases, development trackers, and project documentation.
