Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco, CA is hiring for a senior role overseeing Product Development, Costing, and Sourcing from proto to bulk production. The position emphasizes meeting aggressive development timelines and cost targets in a hybrid work setup.

You will lead seasonal costing, finish approvals, and collaborate with Supply Planning and Field Teams to hit first-cut dates across locations. A strong background in garment construction and data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel production and/or product development experience.
• Knowledge of garment construction and a variety of fabrications.
• Project management abilities with systems knowledge.
• Excel skills (pivot, v-lookups, formulas).
• Pull together reports from multiple sources of data and then make decisions based on the results of those reports.
• Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities.
• Experience working directly with senior level directors.
• Bachelor's Degree in Textile / Apparel Industry preferred, however a candidate may use a combination of college education and related work experience as a substitute.

About the Job

Manage all Product Development, Costing, and Sourcing activities. These activities range from Development/Proto samples to final manufacturing ready package. You are following Innovation Goals, Supply Chain Strategies, and requirements for Cost, Quality, and Terms of Engagement.

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. We expect you in office 3 days per week, typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on our needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,000 - $123,000 per year . We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. We will base the amount a employee will earn within the salary range on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
