Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Product Developer for Women’s Bottoms to drive development, costing, and sourcing from proto to manufacturing-ready packages. You will coordinate across teams to meet milestones and maintain supply chain alignment.

You will need 5+ years in apparel production or development, knowledge of garment construction, and strong Excel/data reporting skills. This is a hybrid role with in-office presence required three days a week at our SF HQ.

• Knowledge of garment construction and fabrications.
• Project management abilities with systems knowledge.
• Excel skills (pivot, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
• Pull reports from multiple data sources and make data-driven decisions.
• Hybrid work in SF HQ; in-office Tue-Thu 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Product Development, Costing, and Sourcing activities from development to manufacturing-ready packages.
• Build GTM Calendar PD activities and ensure on-time delivery across development phases.
• Lead seasonal costing activities and negotiate prices to align with FOB targets.
• Manage finish approvals from Development to Pre-Production to Bulk Shade Bands.
• Support sourcing strategies and resolve quality issues; partner with Supply Planning and Field Teams.

These activities range from Development/Proto samples to final manufacturing ready package. You are following Innovation Goals, Supply Chain Strategies, and requirements for Cost, Quality, and Terms of Engagement.* Build all GTM Calendar PD activities and hold accountable across all phases of development to ensure we meet dates.* Lead seasonal Costing activities; gather and negotiate all prices and align to FOB target.* Manage Finish approvals from Development to Pre-Production to Bulk Shade Bands.* Support execution of Sourcing Strategies and help resolve Quality issues.* Partner with Supply Planning and Field Teams to ensure all Pre-Production activities are on track to meet the scheduled first cut dates at all production locations. **About You** * 5+ years of apparel production and/or product development experience.* Knowledge of garment construction and a variety of fabrications.* Project management abilities with systems knowledge* Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets, pivot, v-lookups, create formulas).* Pull together reports from multiple sources of data and then make decisions based on the results of those reports.* Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities.* Experience working directly with senior level directors.* Bachelor's Degree in Textile / Apparel Industry Field preferred, however a candidate may use a combination of college education and related work experience as a substitute. This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. We expect you in office 3 days per week, typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on our needs. *The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,000 - $123,000 per year**.*** *We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. We will base the amount a employee will earn within the salary range on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.* Levi Strauss & Co.
