Job summary

You will plan and run trials, analyze performance data, and partner with Breeding, Product Management, and Sales to drive data-driven decisions for commercialization in the assigned crops and region.

You'll design comprehensive trial plans, coordinate field trials, and report results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or college credential.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and analyze trials for new varieties.
• Collaborate with Breeding, Product Management, and Sales.
• Develop trial plans aligned with objectives and market needs.
• Coordinate and evaluate field trials and report results.
