This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture and 5-10 years of relevant experience, alongside strong communication and analytical skills. Remote work with field visits is expected, offering an estimated starting salary between $95,000 and $115,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or product development.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience in vegetable seed market in the Pacific Northwest region is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within defined customer groups.
• Develop and monitor customer-specific tactical sales strategies.
• Support team development by mentoring junior sales professionals.
