Job summary

Senneca is seeking a detail-oriented Product Detailer to translate customer orders into precise, production-ready work instructions. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering to ensure orders are accurately reflected in manufacturing documents.

Strong math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required, along with the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with order-entry templates is a plus.

The Product Detailer is responsible for supporting accurate and timely work order detailing. Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering, this role helps ensure that customer orders are translated accurately into production-ready work instructions.

What You Need to Succeed

• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic understanding of architectural drawings or order entry templates (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Technical aptitude and solid math skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial door and frame or building materials industry is helpful, but not required.
• History of working successfully in a team environment.
• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
