URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a user-centered Product Designer to join our Digital Product organization, creating experiences across web, native apps, and internal tools that are useful, usable and engaging.

You will lead workshops, produce flows and prototypes in Figma, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and measure outcomes with data to inform iteration across URBN’s brands. The role emphasizes empathy, design rationale, and scalable design systems in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile product experiences from concept through release.
• Foundational understanding of web and mobile app technologies.
• Fluency in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes (e.g., Figma).
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practice.
• Comfort using AI tools in the design process (concepting, prototyping, synthesizing research).
• Ability to lead stakeholder workshops, design critiques, and design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Define information architecture, interaction patterns, and visual design for web, native mobile apps, and internal tools.
• Lead workshops, critiques, and rapid concepting sessions with cross-functional partners.
• Turn complex problems into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Partner with product management to shape product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate across brand, business, and technical stakeholders to align priorities with user/business outcomes.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions.
• Ensure design is integrated throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
