Job summary

Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Philadelphia is seeking an empathetic Product Designer to join our User Experience team within URBN’s Digital Product organization. You will design responsive websites, native mobile apps, and internal tools across URBN’s brands.

You will lead design work from concept through release, collaborate with product managers and engineers, apply WCAG standards, and leverage AI tools to inform decisions while shaping product strategy and roadmaps.

Qualifications

Experience designing responsive web and native mobile product experiences from concept through release.
Foundational understanding of web and mobile app technologies.
Ability to lead stakeholder workshops and design reviews.
Excellent communication of design rationale to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Define information architecture, interaction patterns, and visual design for web and mobile apps.
Lead workshops, critiques, and rapid concepting sessions with cross-functional partners.
Turn complex problems into simple, elegant user experiences.
Partner with product management to shape strategy and roadmap priorities.
Collaborate across teams to align on user and business outcomes.
Use qualitative and quantitative research and analytics to inform decisions.
Ensure design integrates smoothly through the Agile lifecycle from requirements to release.
Define success metrics and use data to evaluate design performance.
Inspire and educate teams to grow design fluency across the enterprise.
