URBN—Urban Outfitters, Inc.—is seeking a empathetic, human-centered Product Designer to join our User Experience team within URBN’s centralized Digital Product organization. You will design for responsive websites, native mobile apps, and internal tools used across URBN’s brands.

Essential skills include designing for web and mobile with Figma, leading workshops, and applying WCAG accessibility. You will partner with product management to shape roadmaps and measure outcomes, while aligning

Qualifications

• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile product experiences from concept through release.
• Foundational understanding of web and mobile app technologies.
• Fluency in producing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes with the tools to create them (e.g., Figma).
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practice.
• Comfort using AI tools in the design process (concepting, prototyping, synthesizing research).
• Ability to lead stakeholder workshops, design critiques, and design reviews.
• Clear communication of design rationale to design and non-design audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define IA, interaction patterns, and visual design for web, native apps, and internal tools.
• Lead workshops, critiques, and rapid concepting sessions with cross-functional partners.
• Turn complex problems into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Partner with product management to shape product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate across brands, business units, and technical teams to align priorities with user outcomes.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions.
• Ensure design integration through the Agile lifecycle from requirements to release.
• Define success metrics and use data to evaluate design performance and inform iteration.
• Champion UX practice and grow design fluency across the enterprise.
