Job summary

You’ll influence design direction, create high-fidelity prototypes, and participate in strategic decisions with executives across the company. This full-time role is based in the United States and requires strong UX and visual design skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or a related field.
• 4+ years designing complex software products with emphasis on UX, interaction, and visual design.
• Experience conducting advanced usability testing and gathering stakeholder feedback to inform product strategy.
• Experience developing design strategies, leading design efforts, and presenting to executives.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and building high-fidelity prototypes.

• Take broad ideas and turn them into useful, valuable experiences for billions of users.
• Design flows and interfaces that distill complex actions into usable experiences.
• Create new experiences or layouts that evolve visual systems.
• Contribute to strategic decisions on the future direction of Meta products.
• Gather and give feedback with designers and cross-functional teams to improve quality.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists from concept to launch.
• Communicate goals and concepts clearly to a broad product team and leaders.
