Job summary

Meta seeks a product designer to help shape experiences across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and more. You will contribute from concept through launch, crafting flows, interactions, and visual design for billions of users.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers and researchers to drive strategy, mentor teammates, and advance responsible AI practices while delivering high-quality craft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years designing complex software with focus on UX, interaction, and visuals.
• Experience conducting complex research studies informing design-led growth.
• Experience leading end-to-end development with cross-functional partners.
• Expertise in advanced prototyping and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads and delivers design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope.
• Turn broad ideas into usable experiences for billions of users.
• Design flows that distill complex actions into usable interfaces.
• Create new layouts that evolve visual systems and experiences.
• Contribute to strategic direction of FB products.
• Provide and solicit feedback to raise design quality; mentor others.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers, and content strategists through launch.
