Nominal is seeking a Product Designer for new grads (Summer 2027) to join our in-office team in the United States. You will own design work for defined features, working with engineers and product teams to bring new capabilities to life and learn from customers.

You will be part of a fast-moving hardware-software platform, shaping interfaces for data-heavy workflows and complex systems. A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and product thinking is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid visual and product design fundamentals.
• Own design work for defined features with cross-functional collaboration.
• Learn directly from customers and grow as a product designer.
• Prototype with AI and contribute to product improvements.

Responsabilités

• Turn complexity into clarity in high-frequency hardware and data workflows.
• Design with real users by partnering with engineers and customers.
• Research, prototype with AI, and contribute to product improvements and features.
• Own the design of defined features from exploration through implementation.
• Collaborate with engineers to refine interactions and usability.
• Evolve our design system with reusable patterns and components.
• Share work early and use customer insights to inform decisions.
