Job summary

Rilla in NYC is seeking a design-focused intern to help evolve our core product and explore new verticals across desktop and mobile. You’ll work closely with customers from day one to uncover real-world problems and help shape features.

As one of three designers, you’ll lead with high-quality UI, onboard customers to prototypes, and collaborate with engineers to ship fast while learning rapidly in a true startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on designing and shipping beautiful UI.
• Customer-centric approach with direct user engagement.
• Champion quality and craftsmanship in every experience.
• Openness to join an early stage team and shape product culture.
• Ability to ship rapidly and learn from feedback.
• Nice to have production-level coding with HTML/CSS/JS/React/Tailwind.
