Job summary

Bestow is seeking a Product Designer II to own design execution for the Agent Experience—turning agent, wholesaler, and distribution workflows into fast, clear experiences for professionals and partners.

You’ll combine strong research instincts with rapid prototyping, shaping problems, testing direction, and aligning with product managers in a fast-paced, regulated fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product design experience, ideally on complex or regulated products (fintech, healthcare, enterprise B2B, insurance, or similar)
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, research-to-shipping discipline, and attention to interaction and visual detail
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping approaches
• Required hands-on experience building or iterating on designs in an IDE or code-based environment (e.g., Cursor, VS Code with AI assistants)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for assigned initiatives from problem framing to prototyping and implementation
• Design for multiple user types (agents, wholesalers, back-office teams) including role-based permissions
• Conduct and synthesize research through user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
• Shape solutions with product managers and establish success criteria
• Create user flows, diagrams, designs, and coded prototypes that communicate direction
