Job summary

Built Technologies is seeking a Product Designer II to own meaningful pieces of complex design problems end-to-end, from discovery through delivery. You will independently drive design decisions, lead research, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure fidelity to intent and feasibility.

You will also contribute to the design system and mentor junior designers, developing domain knowledge in construction finance and customer workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of product or UX design experience in a SaaS or digital product

Responsibilities

• Own design execution for features across Built’s platform, from discovery to delivery.
• Lead user research activities including interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups with appropriate fidelity.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure feasible designs.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system for shared components and patterns.
• Articulate design decisions with rationale tied to user needs and business outcomes.
