Job summary

Latent is building the design function for clinical AI products and seeks a Product Designer to shape the next generation of enterprise software. You will own design end-to-end, from early framing to shipped features, partnering with engineering, product, and customers to simplify complex clinical workflows.

You’ll design multi-user workflows for large health systems, balance speed with craft, and translate dense healthcare processes into clear product experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-user software for enterprise contexts.
• Ability to own design from discovery to shipped product.
• Comfort with ambiguity and driving outcomes with minimal process.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality product experiences.
• Ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design process from discovery through delivery for core product areas.
• Translate dense clinical workflows into clear, intuitive experiences.
• Design multi-user enterprise workflows for large health systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM to ship features.
