Job summary

Kpler is seeking a Product Designer to shape how global decision-makers interact with energy, maritime, and commodity intel. You will craft end-to-end user journeys, turn complex data workflows into intuitive interfaces, and uphold design quality across web and terminal platforms using Figma and Atlas.

As part of a cross-functional squad, you’ll work with Product and Engineering to define flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for upcoming milestones, gathering feedback to refine

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional product design experience for web apps, dashboards, or data-intensive B2B software.
• Advanced mastery of Figma including auto-layout, interactive components, design tokens, and prototyping.
• End-to-end UX/UI craft from discovery through pixel-perfect design and developer handoff.
• Ability to simplify dense, multi-step workflows into clear user journeys.
• Strong English verbal and written communication to align with product and engineering peers.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive product experiences for new capabilities and core workflows in Figma.
• Translate complex data flows and geospatial tools into clear interfaces.
• Evolve and leverage Atlas design system for consistency and usability.
• Create 3–6 month design visions with product managers and engineers.
• Validate designs via research and rapid iteration on interactions and micro-copy.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders throughout delivery to preserve design intent.
