TikTok is seeking a UX designer to shape experiences for our globally focused creator tools and video products. You will work across product, UX research, writers, and engineering to turn ideas into compelling, usable interfaces for a worldwide audience.

In this role you will iterate from concept to pixel-perfect execution, applying data and user insights to improve usability and engagement. A strong portfolio and adaptable, collaborative mindset are essential.

• Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio from concept to launch.
• Ability to rapidly generate and iterate on a wide range of design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging experiences for TikTok's PGC platform for a global user base.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, writers, and engineers to bring ideas to life.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle—from concept to pixel-perfect execution.
• Rapidly prototype ideas, design user flows informed by data and user research, gather feedback, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality experiences.
• Continuously refine and improve the overall product experience, taking ownership of usability, consistency, and user satisfaction.
