Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end design of its products, from sketches to shipped UI. This hands‑on IC role embeds with product and engineering teams, shaping interfaces for GPU cluster operators, AI platform engineers, and enterprise infrastructure teams.

You will work directly with PMs and engineers, translating requirements into interaction models and implementation‑ready specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, shipped work on complex, data‑dense or developer‑facing products.
• Demonstrated history of designing developer tools, infrastructure UIs, API consoles, or observability dashboards.
• Fluency with modern design tooling (Figma) and the ability to build high‑fidelity, interactive prototypes.
• Expert‑level CSS: write from scratch, debug in production, understand cascade/grid at a mechanical level.
• Strong front‑end web proficiency: HTML, React or equivalent, and understanding of rendering and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own design end‑to‑end across research, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and shipped production UI.
• Design developer‑facing products: cluster management dashboards, API consoles, job scheduling interfaces, resource views, alerts and observability surfaces.
• Write and maintain production‑quality CSS and front‑end markup in collaboration with engineering.
• Build and maintain a coherent design system with scalable components and interaction patterns.
• Conduct lightweight user research with technical audiences and synthesize feedback from customer interactions.
