Fluidstack is seeking a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of our products, from sketches to shipped UI. You will work embedded with product and engineering teams, shaping interfaces for GPU cluster operators and enterprise infrastructure teams.
Our products are deeply technical; you will design for power users who work in terminals, read docs, and expect fast, precise UX. This hands-on role requires strong visual taste and execution.
We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built – but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it.
We’re singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them – with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Come be a part of building civilization‑scale infrastructure for AI.
We hire people who care deeply about this problem space. If that is you, please apply!
Fluidstack is looking for a Product Designer who can own the end‑to‑end design of our products, both internal and external, from the first sketch to the last pixel shipped. This is a hands‑on IC role, not a design strategy or oversight position. You will be the designer embedded with our product and engineering teams, shaping the interfaces that GPU cluster operators, AI platform engineers, and enterprise infrastructure teams interact with every day.
Our products are deeply technical and our developers and team members are power users; they are engineers and operators who work in terminals, read documentation compulsively, and have zero tolerance for UX that wastes their time. Designing for them requires genuine fluency in developer tools, infrastructure dashboards, and complex, data‑dense interfaces. You need to know what great looks like in this space and be able to build it yourself.
You will work directly with PMs and engineers, as well as our customers, own design end‑to‑end for your product areas, and bring a strong visual sensibility that elevates everything you touch. If you have been waiting for a role where you can do your best work on genuinely hard UX problems, this is it.
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
