Job summary

Fireworks AI is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for developer-focused workflows. You’ll translate complex AI infra into intuitive interfaces, from model deployment to monitoring and agent orchestration, partnering with engineers and PMs to shape the product.

A strong systems thinking portfolio and hands-on experience with design systems are essential. You’ll work closely with a fast-growing team to ship impactful features that reduce time to first inference and empower

Qualifications

5+ years of product design experience in developer tools, cloud platforms, or complex B2B systems.
Strong portfolio showing system-level thinking and UX problem-solving, not just visuals.
Proficiency with Figma and related prototyping tools; experience building design systems.

Responsibilities

Own design from zero to ship—research, prototyping, high-fidelity design, and iteration based on real usage.
Make AI infrastructure intuitive by translating complex workflows into clear interfaces.
Build and evolve the design system and component library to scale across the platform.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and PM to influence product decisions.
Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate your workflow and innovation.
Improve developer experience across onboarding to production with cohesive UX.
