Job summary

Gallatin AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product team. You will research, prototype, and ship interfaces for military logistics, blending human-centered design with AI-assisted prototyping.

You will work closely with product managers and engineers, and report to the Director of Product Design. You will contribute to design systems, conduct stakeholder research, and communicate design decisions with precision.

Qualifications

• 5 years of product design experience, including complex or data-rich products.
• Background in defense, intelligence, or government technology is a plus.
• Fluency with design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to think in systems: states, edges, flows, and failure modes.
• Strong portfolio showing capability to design for complexity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to develop interfaces for military logistics operations.
• Champion AI prototyping practices to iterate rapidly.
• Conduct user research and testing with military stakeholders.
• Support maturation of design systems for brand and product consistency.
• Document design decisions and contribute to product strategy discussions.
