Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a self-starting Product Designer to shape AI-powered workflows for HR professionals, managers, and employees. You will work across discovery, systems design, prototyping, and delivery, building reusable patterns for Dayforce AI experiences.

The role requires strong collaboration with PMs, engineers, researchers, and design system partners to ensure value, trust, and scalable design. The position emphasizes responsible AI and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

Experience shipping enterprise SaaS or complex workflows.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and shape early concepts.
Strong systems thinking connecting user moments to architecture and data flows.
Craft in interaction design with a human-centered mindset.
Ability to prototype and communicate design ideas effectively.

Responsibilities

Design AI-powered product experiences across Dayforce with enterprise workflows.
Shape interaction models for human + AI collaboration and review processes.
Collaborate with PMs and engineers to define requirements and trade-offs.
Conduct discovery, testing, and validation with UX Research support.
Create prototypes and demos for leadership and stakeholders.
Develop reusable design patterns for agentic experiences and AI-guided workflows.
Translate platform capabilities into approachable user experiences with trust and control.
Design for transparency, privacy, and responsible AI in regulated environments.
Contribute to the Dayforce Design System for AI consistency.
