Job summary

Everlaw is hiring a product designer to craft thoughtful experiences across our core platform and AI-powered capabilities. You will take concepts from discovery through high-fidelity prototypes, working with product, UX research, and engineering to balance requirements and tradeoffs.

You will embed AI tools into your workflow, contribute to the design system, and pursue Everlaw product certification to deepen user insight and platform mastery.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of product design experience with product-driven teams on complex B2B SaaS applications.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and elegant interfaces.
• Ability to bring clarity to complex problems.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Experience incorporating AI capabilities into the design process.
• End-to-end design experience from discovery to post-launch evaluation.
• Degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design thoughtful product experiences across our core platform and AI-powered capabilities, taking concepts from early discovery to high-fidelity prototypes, production specs, and launch
• Partner closely with Product Management, UX Research, and Engineering to clarify requirements, test hypotheses through research, and navigate practical tradeoffs
• Simplify sophisticated legal and technical workflows into convergent UI patterns while preserving the depth and power expert users rely on
• Embed AI tools (such as Cursor and Claude Design) into your daily design workflow to boost creative exploration, test ideas, and accelerate iteration
• Leverage and contribute to our design system, identifying opportunities to build new UI components as platform needs scale
• Earn your Everlaw product certification to master the platform and develop a deep understanding of user needs
