Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Product Designer to shape the experience for developers and teams building on our platform. You'll work across our core product surfaces, and depending on where the need is greatest, that could include how developers get from first signup to real production usage, as well as deeper platform workflows like debugging, evaluation, and observability.

You'll partner with engineering, product, and other designers to figure out where the friction is and design your way out of it.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fullstack product design experience, ideally on developer tools, AI, or complex SaaS products
• Strong foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual craft
• Proven ability to drive design decisions with user research and data
• Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and collaboration with engineers

Responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of how developers use LangChain's products through interviews and feedback sessions
• Own the full design arc on your features from concept to shipped work
• Work across multiple product areas as priorities shift
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and other stakeholders to ship features quickly
