Job summary

LangChain, based in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Product Designer to shape the developer experience across core surfaces. You’ll tackle challenges from signup to production usage and deepen workflows like debugging and observability.

You will partner with engineering, product and other designers to identify friction points and design effective solutions that move fast in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fullstack product design experience ideally on developer tools, AI, or complex SaaS products.
• Sharp eye for detail, with a foundation in user-centered, interaction, and visual design.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of how developers use LangChain’s products through interviews and feedback.
• Own the full design arc on your features—from concepts to shipped work.
• Work across multiple product areas as priorities shift.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and stakeholders to ship features quickly.
