Join is a direct-to-consumer home decor brand focused on distinctive wooden wall art and select pieces across the US. We seek a Product Designer who blends design excellence with commercial sense and hands-on AI capabilities to translate insights into sellable products.

In this long-term, remote role you will shepherd ideas from concept through launch, collaborate with CAD and suppliers, and work with marketing to shape compelling product stories.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI image generation experience with tools like Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly or Flux.
• Experience designing physical products beyond digital or UX/UI.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, form and commercial product design evidenced by portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Create and visualize new product concepts using AI image-generation tools.
• Refine ideas into commercially viable product directions.
• Collaborate with CAD designers to translate concepts into manufacturable designs.
• Work with suppliers and factories throughout sampling and development.
• Coordinate with content and advertising teams to prepare products for launch.
• Manage several product concepts and development projects in parallel.
