Job summary

OpsSense Technologies Inc. is seeking a product designer to craft end-to-end flows for a web platform and an offline-first mobile app used by technicians, planners, and executives.

You will own the bilingual design system, ensure RTL Arabic and English consistency, and translate telemetry and schedules into clear, at-a-glance dashboards. Collaboration with frontend engineers and product teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience with shipped B2B or data-heavy products.
• A portfolio showing systems thinking: design systems, dense dashboards, or complex workflows.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in RTL/bilingual design; Arabic literacy is a plus, not a requirement.
• Fluency in modern design tools and enough frontend understanding to design what can actually be built.
• Strong async communication habits; you write well and work effectively across time zones.
