Job summary

Myndstack is seeking a design-focused engineer to own and evolve our design system as a working artefact shipped as components in the codebase. You will design developer tooling and operational interfaces end to end, partnering closely with engineering to ensure cohesion across products.

You’ll turn ambiguous client problems into data-driven flows, and when possible, prototype in code rather than debating in Figma. This role fits someone who thrives under constraints and dense information.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years designing complex software — tooling, infrastructure, or data products.
  • A portfolio showing systems thinking, not just screens.
  • Comfortable with HTML and CSS, and reading the components you designed.
  • You write clearly; much of the job is written argument.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the design system, in close partnership with engineering.
  • Turn ambiguous client problems into flows that survive contact with real data.
