Job summary

Mechabits seeks a product designer to craft clear experiences for web and mobile. You’ll design end-to-end flows that engineers can ship and interfaces clients can run without a babysitter.

You’ll partner with asynchronous remote teams, write crisp specs, push for accessibility, and craft reliable empty states. Contribute reusable patterns, lightweight design systems, and align with engineers and clients to ship high-quality experiences.

You will partner with engineers on scoped weekly increments: discovery clarity, interaction design, and polish that survives production. We want designers who write crisp specs, respect constraints, and care about accessibility and empty states as much as hero screens.
