Job summary

Sellsig is seeking a Product Designer based in Minnesota to own the design process for core product interfaces. You'll work on creating glanceable, low-cognitive-load interfaces used during sales calls and build a coherent design system.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience designing digital products, strong skills in interaction and visual design with proficiency in Figma, and a background in B2B SaaS or sales tooling. Clear communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Job description

Design the product reps glance at while they are live on a call — the hardest design constraint we have. Own flows end to end, from the cue-card surface to the post-call scorecard, balancing clarity, speed, and craft under real-time pressure.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design — research, flows, interaction, and high-fidelity UI — for core product surfaces.
• Design for a real-time context: glanceable, low-cognitive-load interfaces reps can use mid-call.
• Build and maintain a coherent design system and patterns across the product.
• Validate with real reps; turn call observations into design decisions.
• Partner closely with engineers to ship pixel-honest, performant interfaces.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years designing and shipping digital products, with a portfolio of shipped work.
• Strong interaction and visual design craft; fluent in Figma.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems from research through shipped UI.
• Systems thinking — you build reusable patterns, not one-off screens.
• Clear communicator who collaborates tightly with engineering.
• Experience designing data-dense, real-time, or productivity tools.
• B2B SaaS or sales-tooling background.
