This team is putting AI to work solving real problems for real customers, and momentum is building fast across engineering, go-to-market, and design.

THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a Product Designer ready to shape the end-to-end product experience, from early concept to shipped feature.

TECH STACK & TOOLS

• Figma driving design and prototyping
• FigJam powering collaborative workshops and flows
• A shared Figma component library / design system to build from
• Linear keeping design and engineering work in sync
• Maze or UserTesting fueling research and usability testing

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own end-to-end design for key product surfaces, from concept to shipped feature

COMPENSATION

$135,000–$195,000 base salary + equity. Target pay generally maps to years of directly relevant experience: 3–4 years $135,000–$155,000; 5–7 years $155,000–$175,000; 8+ years $175,000–$195,000. Bands reflect 2026 early-stage startup market data (seed/Series A–B) for this role and location; final offers may vary based on the candidate's specific background.
