🚀8090 Solutions, co-founded by Chamath Palihapitiya, is hiring aProduct Designer. We’re on a mission to transform enterprise software by cutting through the bloated complexity that burdens most organizations today.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a product designer to help uschallenge the status quo of enterprise softwareand create intuitive experiences for our clients. As the third member of our design team, you will have significant influence in shaping our design direction while working closely with PMs, engineers, and sales to drive transformative outcomes for our clients. You will also contribute to the evolving design system and branding of 8090. This is a high-impact role that requires complete independence and ownership of your work. This is a full-time on site role in Menlo Park.

• You have user experience sense: your work simplifies rather than complicates

• You're an exceptional writer who can craft clear, compelling copy
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and communicate well with others
• You're comfortable talking to users and running research sessions

• Experience designing with AI and/or designing AI products

Qualifications

• Figma mastery (auto-layout, variables, variants, etc)
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience

Compensation and Benefits
